BioMr. Soulios practices in the areas of bankruptcy (individual and corporate), commercial and employment litigation, corporate transactions/venture capital, entertainment and real estate. Mr. Soulios has been lead counsel on complex commercial and tax litigation matters in Federal courts across the country, including matters involving securities transactions, IRS 6700 proceedings, RICO, bankruptcy and common law fraud, commercial torts and judgment enforcement. Mr. Soulios’s corporate practice includes entity formation (particularly in the new/social media and technology sectors), corporate organization and finance, including angel rounds and venture capital financing, joint ventures, licensing, and employment matters. 

Mr. Soulios has had considerable involvement in both the music and fine arts businesses, having promoted and managed several upstart bands, singers and songwriters, including Six Chasing Seven. Mr. Soulios has worked on recording projects with the likes of Boyd Tinsley (Dave Matthews Band), Blues Traveler, Paul Shaffer, Warren Haynes (Allman Brothers) and promoted the band Spin Doctors prior to their breakthrough success.  In the 1990’s Mr. Soulios managed a prominent art gallery in Soho, NYC, where he structured and curated numerous international art exhibitions that received critical acclaim. Mr. Soulios was engaged as the exclusive US representative of Beck-Eggeling Gallery, a prominent German art gallery dealing in classic modern art and German Expressionism. Mr. Soulios currently represents several prominent contemporary artists.
